Gluten-Free Pancakes for Pesach

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca starch
  • 2 eggs + 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.5 tablespoons melted butter
  • Add-ins of choice: blueberries chocolate chips, etc.

Instructions
