Orzo with Crispy Salami
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) box orzo, cooked according to package directions
- 8 ounces salami roll, cut into tiny pieces, or pastrami
- 1 package fresh mushrooms, sliced, optional
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sauté onion, mushroom and salami pieces until crispy. Then add onion soup mix, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix for two minutes then add to the cooked orzo and mix well.
