Rosh Hashanah Simanim Salad

17

This salad incorporates many significant simanim, foods that we eat on Rosh Hashanah (#JewishNewYear) in the hopes of being blessed with a sweet and fruitful new year.

This salad.

I call it the non-committal  salad.

It’s delicious.

It’s super easy.

It’s gorgeous.

It’s no fail.

It’s interchangeable with any fruit you love.

AND it hits so many delicious flavor profiles and textures.

I’d say that’s a NEW YEAR win!
